Our Out Of Province Order Minimum Is $1,000.00 CAD (Any Province Outside of Nova Scotia).
Order Example: 200 SqFt. of Wide Plank Pine Flooring.
LEAD TIMES
Stock Items: 7-10 Days Lead Time.
Non Stock Items: All terms/lead times will be indicated as each order is unique.
Finishing Time: 5 business days for 'natural' & 7 business days for 'stain finish'.
SHIPPING POLICY
'FOB': All Shipments are sent collect.
Day & Ross Inc.: Is the shipping company we use for Canadian wide shipments.
FORMS OF PAYMENT
Accepted Tender: Visa, MasterCard, Money Order, and Wire Transfer.
A Credit Card Waiver Form Must Be Completed For All TelePhone/Internet Orders.
RETURN POLICY
Wide Plank Pine Flooring Is A Special Order Item... No returns on special/custom millwork products.
