A 'Global Export Customer' is a: construction company, flooring store, home building center, new home builder, private home owner, renovation company or stair parts distributor that wishes to purchase our pine stair parts.
Please Note: We ship to all of the states throughout the USA & over 100 other countries.

We strongly encourage all our 'global export customers' ( customers out side of Canada) to contact us whenever you feel the need to have any questions answered; remember there is no question too big or small.

HOW TO PLACE A STAIR PARTS ORDER OR GET A QUOTE
Use our web site as it is an online price book, get product information (Part #'s and Prices) on the stair parts we sell. Simply fax or email your quote or order - as we only accept faxed or emailed requests. We do not do 'job-lot' quotes by phone.

VOLUME DISCOUNTS
Volume discount rates are determinded by each order as each order is unique.
Discounts range from 0-30% off (based on the item being order and the amount).
LEAD TIMES
Stock Items: 7-10 Business Days Lead Time.
Non Stock Items: All terms/lead times will be indicated as each order is unique.
Finishing Time: 5 business days for 'natural' & 7 business days for 'stain finish'.
SHIPPING POLICY
'FOB' - Scotia Stairs: All shipments are sent collect.
Bax Global Inc.: Is the shipping company we use for USA & Global shipments.
FORMS OF PAYMENT
Accepted Tender: Visa, MasterCard, Money Order, and Wire Transfer.
A Credit Card Waiver Form Must Be Completed For All Telephone/Internet Orders.
RETURN POLICY
Stock Items: 15% re-stocking fee, customer pays freight, must be returned in 30 days.
Special Order Items: No returns on custom millwork & special order products.
